Meeting Recap 11.12.2006

Potluck meeting: We held it at the Friends' Meeting House on Edgewood Rd which was great for our group of 24 communitarians last Sunday.
 
Kicked off with food and mingling, sat down and talked and ate at a long table like a BIG family.
The food was ok, no one with salad-like last names were in attendance so we ended up with appetizers and desserts mainly. The remedy for this was discussed (think we suggested bringing your favorite potluck food for the next one). That means whatever shows up will be eaten.
 
Then we had a little and Discussion/ Meeting led by Marianne and Alex
    -Sharing on sites and tours
    -Marianne handed out forms to fill out for input on topics for meetings and asked for help from the group on facilitation, social/ programs
We parted after all pitching in to put tables and chairs away and clean up and leave the space better than we found it.
 
RESULTS of our last meeting about the question asked to the groups "What do I need to know, before I commit to living in community" ?  were posted but went unnoticed because of the set up. Will be posted at our Dec 3rd meeting.
